TDG/SILVEROCK provides in-house capabilities including property acquisition and disposition, landlord & tenant leasing, property and asset management, investment sales, debt financing, and project management in the Greater Washington – Baltimore Metropolitan area.
Montgomery County natives Matt Gannon and Andy Shulman have well-established reputations for excellence in commercial real estate. Shulman has 20+ years of experience in construction, property management, leasing and sales brokerage. He has closed nearly 500 lease transactions in the past dozen years. Gannon has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, including investments, acquisitions, development, investment sales/capital markets, financing, leasing and operations. His transactions include over $2 billion in investment sales, debt and joint ventures in the Mid-Atlantic region.
TDG/SILVEROCK’S core focus is retail, office, medical office and industrial properties located in the Washington, DC and Baltimore regions. It is actively engaged in the communities in which it invests and is dedicated to enhancing the social and economic impact of its investments. Shulman is a graduate of Walter Johnson High School and Tulane University and Gannon is a graduate of Springbrook High School and Mt. St. Mary’s University.
